Blog Slug Creator: generate a draft, then check permanence

Keep the human title separate from the URL slug. Normalize Unicode, define transliteration and casing, collapse separators, enforce a maximum length, and reject reserved route names. Generate collisions deterministically with a stable suffix rather than silently overwriting an existing post. Once published, a slug becomes a durable address; title edits should not break it, and intentional slug changes need permanent redirects. Never use a hard-to-guess slug as authorization—private content still requires an access check.
