Pixelorama

For Pixelorama alternatives, choose a small animated sprite with layers and a palette; compare the complete editing cycle.

• Import frames, layers, transparency, and palette without flattening.
• Edit an animation, use onion skin if needed, and export a sprite sheet and GIF.
• Reopen the project on another machine and check color and frame timing.
• Test tiles, brushes, shortcuts, and tablet or mouse workflow.
• Preserve the original project until editable layers are verified.

A tool that exports the same PNG may still discard animation structure. Judge the source project and final asset separately.
