If Instacart is not working, separate store search, cart, substitutions, checkout, payment, order confirmation, shopper communication, and delivery tracking.

Before retrying

• Record the store, platform, region, and exact local time.
• Check order history, email, and notifications.
• Review the payment method for pending or completed charges.
• Confirm whether an order number or delivery window exists.
• Use official order support for an active delivery.

Do not submit the same order again after a timeout until its status is clear. Keep addresses, phone numbers, messages, receipts, and payment information out of public reports.
