Mailchimp Open Commerce

For Mailchimp Open Commerce alternatives, confirm the exact product and integration currently in use before planning a migration.

• Inventory catalog, customer, cart, order, payment, and shipping flows.
• Recreate a sandbox purchase and a partial refund.
• Test how consent and customer data move into marketing systems.
• Verify data export, API coverage, custom code, and hosting requirements.
• Reconcile orders and stock before any live cutover.

A storefront migration and a marketing migration are different projects. Keep their data boundaries explicit.
