D-ID's photo-avatar guide describes temporary result URLs. A D-ID integration should not store that URL as if it guarantees permanent playback.
Retain the generation identifier and use the documented retrieval path when a fresh link is needed, or store authorized output through an appropriate asset workflow. Test playback after the original link has aged.
