Tado

Separate Tado cloud access from local heating

Check the Tado status page to compare login, device state, schedules, remote commands, and notifications.

• Confirm heating safety and local controls first.
• Test one device without resetting the system.
• Record country, app version, device type, and error.

Do not factory-reset equipment or publish addresses, home names, serial numbers, or account data.
