For libSQL alternatives, use a copy of the schema and representative reads and writes. Check SQLite syntax, extensions, transaction behavior, concurrent writes, and client-driver support. If replicas or remote access are used, measure lag and read-after-write semantics. Rehearse backup, restore, and export back to a standard SQLite file where possible. Compatibility claims need application-level tests.
