Lead with the goal and the specific obstacle. Then show what you tried, the result, the expected behavior, and one safe example if needed.

A title such as “CSV import drops quoted commas” attracts more useful help than “Please help.” Include relevant version or device details, but remove secrets and unrelated history. End with the exact decision or explanation you need, so replies have a clear target.
