A revised estimated arrival date is not evidence that a parcel was delivered. AfterShip's webhook specification distinguishes tracking_update from edd_revise.

For the AfterShip API entry, keep forecast changes and observed shipment progress separate in storage and customer messages. Test an estimate revision that leaves the tracking status unchanged. The interface should explain the changed expectation without inventing a new carrier milestone.
