Color Blindness Simulator

A color-vision simulator can expose UI elements that become hard to distinguish under an approximation of different vision conditions. Test a known palette and compare labels, icons, and state indicators after applying each simulation mode. Do not rely on color alone: a selected state should remain identifiable through text or shape.

A simulation is not a medical diagnosis or a complete account of how every viewer perceives a design. If a mode seems wrong, report the input colors, selected simulation, browser, and affected element. Contrast checking should be evaluated separately against its stated WCAG rule.
