Test the same map function—such as a public search or route preview—on mobile and web at about the same time. State the app and browser versions, network, broad region, and exact point of failure. If the phone uses mobile data while the browser uses Wi-Fi, the test changes both platform and network; try to isolate one variable if practical.
Do not reveal live location or private destinations in a public report. Check location permissions only if the failing feature requires them; a base-map tile problem usually does not. An official incident update may reveal a partial platform outage. Report the observed difference without claiming the web client is at fault.
