A Microsoft 365 problem may be isolated to Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, authentication, or the admin portal. Check the Microsoft 365 status page, then test the affected workload directly.

• Compare web and desktop clients.
• Separate sign-in from mail send/receive or file sync.
• Test one internal and one external recipient only when safe.
• Check whether several users in the same tenant are affected.
• Record tenant region, client version, exact time, and correlation ID.

Avoid repeated sends or sync resets during delayed processing. Keep message content, file names, tenant IDs, headers, and admin screenshots out of public reports.
