Measure slowness before calling it an outage

Record which action is slow and roughly how long it takes. Compare another page on the same site, an unrelated site, and—if available—another device or network. One heavy page or local browser extension can mimic a service slowdown.

Check official status and recent reports for the same feature and time window. If a form or checkout hangs, do not keep submitting it; a delayed response may still have completed the action. Save the visible error and approximate local time with time zone.

A precise report can distinguish partial service trouble from a local connection problem.
