Put the specific question and affected tool in the title. In the body, lead with what you expected and what happened, then give the smallest set of steps needed to reproduce it. Use a short numbered list for steps and a code block for exact errors or data samples.
For longer discussions, add a concise update when a suggestion changes the situation. Keep unrelated issues in separate threads and edit the original post only when it helps later readers understand the current state; preserve the chronology of what was tried.
When resolved, add the fix and a visible result. A future reader should be able to find the answer without scrolling through every reply.
