Repeated download errors: capture the failure stage

For a download error that recurs, identify whether the link fails before transfer, the transfer stops at a particular point, or the file completes but will not open. Include file type, approximate size, browser or app, two timestamps with timezone, and the short visible error. Compare one small public file if possible; avoid repeatedly requesting a large private file. Do not share signed URLs, session cookies, or document names that reveal private work. The failure stage and a safe comparison are more useful than a screenshot of a generic warning alone.
