A regional report can use a broad city or area and an approximate time; it does not need your exact coordinates. Describe which operation is slow—loading tiles, searching, or building a route—and how long it takes compared with normal. Note app version, network type, and whether the problem persists after a fresh load.
Compare with a trusted report from another area or network if available, but do not infer a regional cause from one test. Check the provider’s official incident page and distinguish observed slowness from a suspected routing or server cause. A map may display cached tiles quickly while new searches remain delayed, so test the specific failing action.
