Move one representative pipeline into Drone CI with tests, secrets, artifacts, and a deployment to staging. Deliberately fail a step and ask a developer to locate the cause from logs. Verify runner isolation, permissions, and how credentials are rotated.
A CI tool must be reliable when releases are urgent. Rehearse server backup and a restart during a queued build, and keep pipeline configuration versioned. Compare full operating effort and incident recovery, not just the syntax of the first green pipeline.
