How to Use PDF Redact

What is PDF Redact?

PDF Redact is a free online tool that permanently removes sensitive information from PDF documents by drawing black redaction boxes over any text, image, or content you want to hide. Redacted pages are flattened to images, making the underlying data irrecoverable — not just visually hidden. Everything runs in your browser — files never leave your device. No signup required, no watermarks.
