Check the service’s official status page and timestamp, then compare the same action on another network or device. Public report spikes may help, but they are neither confirmation nor a reliable recovery estimate.

If one account fails while another works, the issue may be account-specific. If a mobile connection works but home Wi-Fi fails, inspect the local network or route. If people in several locations independently see the same error, escalate as a likely wider incident. Preserve the time, region, and error text when reporting it. Avoid repeated payments or submissions until you know whether the first attempt completed.
