A support report for a visual bug should include the page, browser, device, zoom level, and the width of the browser viewport. Physical screen resolution alone can be misleading: a browser window may cover only part of the display, and device scaling changes CSS pixels.
Use a resolution checker to gather basic numbers, then note whether the browser was maximized and where the layout fails. Attach a screenshot with personal information hidden and describe the expected layout. If possible, test one narrower and one wider width to identify the breakpoint.
Clear reproduction steps matter more than a long list of device specifications.
