A case conversion can alter more than typography when it touches Unicode or code-like text. Compare original and output for proper names, acronyms, URLs, filenames, and IDs. If a locale-specific rule applies, test it explicitly rather than assuming English casing. Note which changes were intentional and restore exceptions. A visually neat result is not acceptable if an identifier no longer matches its source or a name is spelled incorrectly.
