When time is short, extract the text and immediately check page count, section order, and the fields the task depends on—names, dates, totals, or table values. Compare those fields with the rendered PDF. If the file is image-only, recognize that text extraction may be empty and OCR may be required. Keep the original beside the output and label any uncertain portions. Fast extraction is not a substitute for checking the data that will drive a decision.
