Calendar recovery should be checked in both directions. An event created on one device may appear elsewhere while edits or deletions still lag. Note the source device, destination, approximate delay, broad region, and time of each test. Use a harmless test event and remove it after confirming the result if appropriate.
Do not post calendar titles, attendee names, meeting links, or private locations publicly. Compare a fresh sync with cached entries, and check official incident updates. If only some accounts or platforms have recovered, say exactly which operation works and which remains delayed. Avoid declaring the service fully restored based on one old event appearing.
