- Recreate a public discussion, a private staff channel, and a read-only announcement area.
- Verify role inheritance, invite controls, reporting, bans, and the moderator audit trail.
- Test a high-volume conversation on desktop and mobile, including notifications and accessibility.
- Inventory bots, webhooks, custom integrations, and file attachments; rehearse one of each.
- Determine how old conversations will be archived or redirected and what users must re-register.
Ask moderators and ordinary members to run the same trial. Document a rollback route until permissions and communication are proven in the new space.
