Zipcar

Separate reservation failure from vehicle access

Review the Zipcar status page before canceling or recreating a booking.

• Compare app sign-in, reservation lookup, and unlock behavior.
• Confirm mobile connectivity and Bluetooth where required.
• Record city, vehicle stage, and time without posting reservation details.

Use official support for urgent vehicle-access issues instead of repeated unlock attempts.
